It Finally Happened...
My 40 GB iPod finally ran out of room.
I am now faced with the grueling decision of what music to remove from my iPod. Most of the songs are safely stored on my computer, but about 6 months ago my hard drive failed and I lost all my music. Luckily I had it all backed up on my iPod. Unfortunately I haven't gotten into the iPod > hard drive transfer software yet so I'll need to make some tough choices. If you have any recommendations in this area, please let me know.
I'll probably just get another (newer) iPod - which is what I supposed they want you to do. After all, the Apple Store in Corte Madera no longer sells any peripherals that work with my 3rd generation iPod that I got exactly 1 year ago this week. I guess it might be time to go click-wheel!
What I really want to know, when will we see the iPhone?

Your Life Is Your Message
"Your Life Is Your Message"
I heard Ram Dass' guru say it during a San Francisco 'Power to the Peaceful' Concert/Rally/Festival meditation a few years ago.
The idea being, clearly, that you should live the life you'd want to preach, without preaching. Actions speak louder than words. Be the change you want to see in the world, la la la.
This also applies to the philosophies Seth Godin articulates about business. Let the product do the marketing.
I'm trying to come up with some catchy blog-verse to articulate it better, but I think it pretty much speaks for itself...literally.
Happy Friday.

Go Ahead, Make Your Comment
The hope is that this will elicit more discussion and reinforce JamBase not as a pulpit from which we stand, but a reflection of the community at large. With so many ideas, opinions and various viewpoints in the world, we figured it was about to we allowed them to be heard.
So, go ahead, make your comment - you just need something to say (hopefully good, but it doesn't alway have to be)
