Work Elsewhere

I needed to copy some stuff off the white board in our conference room and do a little brainstorming on my own this afternoon. Sitting in a different spot than my desk has opened up my mind to new ideas and just a varied way of thinking than if I was sitting on my desk with the usual process, distractions and flow.

If you can (i.e. have a laptop), and feel stuck trying to write that report or spec, try getting up, going to another room, coffee shop or park. You'll be astonished at the effect it has...
